Our house is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood of Les Arcs-sur-Argens, near Draguignan, in the heart of Provence and near the Mediterranean sea.
Most of the property is surrounded by centuries old oak trees and it has a south view on the mountain chain Massif des Maures. Lots of dirt paths start at the very beginning of our fence, so many hikes and bike rides (in other words "car free" activities) are possible.

- Main house : For 6 people. 110 M2 on one level floor. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
All furnished and with internet access.
Outside patio.
- Guest house : For 2 people. 15 M2 : 1 bedroom with kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
2 000 M2 of flat land, completely fenced et childproof.
Swimming pool (10 x 5 m) - NOT FENCED.

Deposit : 40% to secure the reservation, 40% two months before the stay and 20% at arrival.
A 2 000 € check of guarantee is asked and won't be cashed if no damage is done during the stay.
This price includes 4 hours of cleaning every week, pool and garden maintainance. Sheets will be washed and changed every week.
